Welp, I’ve decided that once I’ve completed their profiles, I'm also doing some reader inserts, cause Wisteria has a best friend who is also close to the Hive pack and would be the reader, and a secondary S/O to the Hive pack, so yea.

Not so lonely winter (Partial reader insert)

It was a cold wintry morning in Athens, New York. Most of the city was in gridlock from all the snow, destroying any chance of ordering food as the hive pack hoped for. In the living room, You, Wisteria, and Shepherd sat watching “Home Alone” on demand on the tv. A few giggles escaped your mouths as you watched, but the coolness in the room was dampening the mood.  Wisteria sighed.

“Hey, [Y/N].” Wisteria grabbed your attention.

“Yeah?” You wondered.

“You wouldn’t happen to have some winter clothes on you?” Wisteria poked. You felt the smile grow on your face. Shepherd tilted his head.

Later on, everyone went outside, the snow was at least 3 foot. Omega was carrying Shepherd in his arms. You all split up; Wisteria, Talon, Soy, Omega, Battery. Dash, and Shepherd; You, Collison, Slicer, Cookie, Sneak, Petit, and HammerHead. Both sides hid behind to snow forts that they made. You looked at your team; Petit and Hammerhead were taking selfies together, Slicer was reading a book “Nine perfect Strangers”, and Cookie was keeping Collision from snapping Sneak’s neck. You sighed with a faint facepalm.

Wisteria stood over the fort and snickered at your plight. She quickly kneeled back down, a smile plastered on her face. Talon quickly took notice of Wisteria’s smile. He snorted and nudged her.

“Sounds like [Y/N] and [Y/G] team are screwed.” Talon deduced in a cocky manner. Wisteria covered her mouth to cover the laughter that was escaping.

“Without a doubt.” Wisteria agreed. Suddenly a snowball hit their fort. Wisteria and her team jumped. They all looked at each other and lifted their heads above the cover. You, Hammer Head, Cookie, and Sneak had snowballs ready.

“I heard you talking smack!” You cried, your pride was getting a little inflated.

“Well Cher, it ain’t over till the fat croc sings, and ain’t singing!” Cookie exclaimed. You and your group unleashed snowballs upon Wisteria and her group, to which they dived down and replied with their own snowballs. With that, the war had begun. During all this, Slicer was still reading her book, however, her book was hit by a snowball. She growled heavily. She got the snow out of her book and prepared tons of snowballs and tossed them like a snowblower getting rid of snow.

“NO ONE THROWS SNOW AT MY BOOOOOOOKSSSSS!!” Slicer screamed as she threw the snowballs. Battery was headshot by one of the snowballs Slicer threw and collapsed in a dramatic fashion. Landing on her stomach.

“I shoulda known better… Mistakes were made.” Battery sighed with a few jitters. Omega dodged the snowballs like Neo from the “Matrix”, leaving Dash rolling on the ground laughing like a fool. Petit poked her head over the fort, mostly to see what was happening, only to get a snowball to the face, sending her flying and hitting the snow. She shook her head, getting the snow off of her face.

“Sacre Bleu!” Petit cried as she sat up. Collison was kicking multiple snowballs at the opposing team. Sneak flew over Wisteria and her team.

“Squeak! I am dropping the packages of pain! Squeak!” Sneak stated like a pilot and dropped a bunch of snowballs on Wisteria and her group. Causing them to get covered in snow. “Squeak! Bullseye!” Sneak cheered. Dash looked up.

 “Two can play at this game batty!” Dash cried. He made a large snowball and placed it in his tail, he flung it up and hit Sneak with it. Causing him to crash into you and your team. Leaving a huge pile of disgruntled snow. Wisteria and her team cheered in triumph. But it was short-lived,  as Cookie came bursting out of the pile and Launched a huge snowball from her tail and threw it at Wisteria and her team, destroying their fort as well. Soon both sides poked their heads out of their wrecked forts and busted out laughing. The group got out of the snow and walked back to the house, still laughing. Soon everyone piled up in the living room, you and Wisteria bright out fourteen cups of hot chocolate on two large trays. Giving the hive pack and themselves a cup. Everyone calmed down and watched more Christmas movies together.

Omega the Predalien

Omega is a Predalien Xenomorph caste, he is apart of Wisteria’s Hive Pack.

Appearance: Omega is about 10’ tall, with black and brown skin (like splotches) with a short dark silver dome head, with dreadlocks of different lengths on the back of the head. His face has mandibles. He has thick shoulder pads with a ribcage on his chest and a long tail. He also wears a necklace with a pendant in the shape of the Omega symbol.

Backstory: Omega was born as an experiment: based on the DNA from the Predalien that was seen in Gunnison, Colorado. After Omega was born, he was immediately experimented on. Poked, prodded, and tested on. Not long after he was fully grown, Wisteria and Talon snuck into the lab and freed Omega. The trio escaped the lab and Omega stayed with Wisteria’s hive pack.

Personality: Omega is somewhat guarded and gruff. He’s somewhat distant and doesn’t like talking very much. However, that’s around most humans. Around his Hive pack, he’s more open and friendly, but still very gruff. He’s a Xenomorph of few words, He allows his actions to do the talking. He also cares deeply for his hive pack and Wisteria, often calling her, “My Queen”. He also has a deep fear of people in white lab coats, as he has slight PTSD from the lab. He also will carry the smaller Xenos and Wisteria to bed if they fall asleep in the living room.

Slicer The Mantis Xeno

Slicer is a Mantis Xenomorph caste, she is apart of Wisteria’s hive pack.

Appearance: Slicer is 7’9”, with forest green skin, long arms that curve downward at the elbow. She has three large appendages, on the end of both arms, that curve inward that serve as her fingers. She has a long dome head that curves downward, with a long jaw with plenty of teeth. She has long legs, which bend inward, starting at the knee, and end with a split foot with three toes. She also has a tail that resembles a mantis tail.

Personality: Slicer is somewhat non-sociable, she prefers to be by herself. However, she will have bouts of loneliness and will come out and just sit with her pack. She also enjoys gardening and actually is a very good singer, but only sings to herself. She has insomnia and tends to say up late at night, she also has depression and often times feels empty. Luckily, her hive pack helps her keep going.

Collision the Wild Boar alien Xeno

Collision is a Wild boar alien Xenomorph Caste, he is apart of Wisteria’s Hive pack.

Appearance: Collision is 4’9” tall, with a large, long dome head, with ridges going up his head. With red bulbs going up on the sides of his head. His tail is docked, with long protrusions above his tail on his butt and back. He has black and red skin and is a quadruped.  He has long legs with small paws and small claws. He has red spines on the top of his head.

Personality: Collison is head-strong and hard-headed. He is also somewhat touchy and can easily blow up at the smallest of things. Whether it’s a sneeze, a broken plate, a cough, etc. He also enjoys roughhousing, especially with Talon and Shephard. He also has a huge appetite and almost never stops eating. He also has a bit of, a soda addiction. His personal favorites being: Orange Crush, Dr. Pepper, A&W root beer, and Verner’s Ginger Ale. Collision also doesn’t use telepathy, rather he makes noises and uses body language.

Cookie the Crocodile Xeno

Cookie is a Crocodile Xenomorph Caste, she is apart of Wisteria’s Hive Pack.

Appearance: Cookie is 9’ tall, bulky and quadruped. She has a long tail with a thick and long barb at the end. She has black and dark green skin (Splotches) with large paws and claws. She has a large dome-shaped head, with sixty-six sharp, serrated teeth (something that came from her host) and six tubes on her back. Her front and back elbows have small spikes on them.

Personality: Cookie acts and, telepathically, speaks like she's from the bayou, considering that her host was a croc that was in the bayou swamps, it's not that surprising. Despite being quadruped, she can cook some good food, gumbo being a favorite among her hive pack and human queen. She also has an obsession with cookies (hence her name). She also can be slightly klutzy, so bear with her. Cookie also acts a secondary Mother figure to Wisteria, and also is good friends with Wisteria's adoptive mother.

Petit the Deacon Xeno

Inspired by @windowgoblin

Petit is a Deacon xenomorph caste and is apart of Wisteria’s Hive pack.

Appearance: Petit is a small sized Deacon with black skin, purple hands, and feet. She has a large orange ribbon around her neck that looks similar to a bow on a Japanese school outfit. She also wears a tiny orange skirt as well a cream-colored headwrap. Her chest has a rib cage.

Personality: Petit is a fancy girl who likes the finer things in life. She acts slightly spoiled but is deeply caring. She is gentle and friendly. When she telepathically speaks, she likes to say half of the things she says in French, leaving everyone around her confused. She isn’t the best fighter and leaves the fighting to Talon and Omega. She also has a sibling bond with Talon and a parent-child bond with Wisteria.
