I have many blankets to keep warm no worries! It's been just these past two days that it's gone down to like 9-10°C. Definitely no snow yet, probably won't be any (I'm so jealous of you for having snow, I fucking love snow) the only difficulty really is just how cold my hands get with the wind when I ride my bike. Oh man. What even counts as weird… <— telling question

Maybe not quite weird, but something a little fun that I think about whenever I start another research rabbit hole! When I was writing by dawn’s early light, I spent several hours researching historical and modern natural toothpaste formulas + their flavoring. I used this in one (1) paragraph for a bit of relationship insight. When I do stuff like that nowadays I privately call it a (salt) toothpaste moment.

How can I not @ all of my friends ;-; I’m going to mention writers specifically

@djpurple3 has endured two years of my rambling. His creativity is amazing and his kindness and endurance have always inspired me! They also, unlike me, write in chronological order for the most part, which I find astounding and awe inspiring.

@felinedetached is always there for my English questions and my voice questions and whenever I need some ideas to make things click. They are also incredibly funny and the way they set mood in their work is incredible.

@erstwhilesparrow and I are newer friends, but ohhh I am so happy we are!! Sparrow’s work is beautiful and their ideas are lovely and push me to grow and explore as a writer. Connecting themes has never been more fun that when doing it with Sparrow, my friend Sparrow.

Can’t end this without shouting out @saintapplebees who is my bestie and is the reason I am here in the first place. It’s been a pleasure watching his heart grow and his work evolve and our friendship brings me joy without fail.

Also, everyone over on ao3 who has ever left a comment on my work! Particularly rabbit_with_a_sword’s “!!!!” comments were always gently treasured in my inbox :]
