January Running
In a small town like Sai Kung, running has become more than fitness — it’s community. There are familiar faces, quiet mornings, shared nods, and a sense that you're not alone in this. Some days it’s about health, some days it’s about clearing my head, and some days it’s simply about moving my body and having fun.
Through short, consistent, slow runs, I’ve lost 9kgs — not by chasing speed, but by choosing sustainability. This journey isn’t about perfection or extremes. It’s about building habits that last, enjoying the process, and letting progress happen naturally.
