Sooo… I just realized I never actually made a formal intro post. I literally just yeeted my Hogwarts Legacy fic onto this blog and said “figure it out.” (Oy vey 💀 my bad).
So hi!! Consider this my belated “who the hell is this person?” moment.

I’m Yasi (she/her, 26, 🇨🇦) 💫 — first-time fanfic writer, professional Potterhead, wandlore nerd, and Duncan-hater #1. My main project here is my HL saga Give Me Love (starring my OC Elysia Ashcombe), but I also spiral into headcanons, ships, lore essays, hopefully more fanfics to come, and general fandom chaos no one asked for but you’re all getting anyway. I branch out into the wider Wizarding World too… because brainrot has no bounds, and Harry Potter has been governing my choices since circa 1999 (FUCK ME SIDEWAYS, I’M OLD! My birth year starts with a '1').
By daylight (and sometimes moonlight) I work in a little field that rhymes with “smealth-care” 🩺✨ and I’m also in school (for privacy reasons, we'll leave it at that). In between, when my ADHD decides to hyperfixate, I’m usually here writing way too much about fictional wizards. If I disappear or post chapters late, it’s because LIFE is out here whooping my behind like it’s its full-time job.
I’ve technically been writing for years (mostly journals and random notes app chaos), but never actually posted or shared until now. My brain is basically a 24/7 idea generator. I overthink, research like a madwoman, and write in extreme detail (this post alone is proof 💀)… but it’s all in the name of fun.
For now this blog is strictly Hogwarts Legacy / HP (trying to pace myself so I don’t burn out 😅). In the far future, maybe other fandoms will sneak in, but you’ll get plenty of warning first. My current obsession (since playing the game a year ago) is 100% Hogwarts Legacy.
Having said that, I am also of the generation of re-reading HP books for soul-cleansing and having constant HP & Fantastic Beasts movie marathons. (Literally, my parents got me into HP as a kid and we almost disowned my younger brother when toddler-him wasn’t into it. Thank god he got with the program.)
