DAMAGED 2 (DAMAGED SERIES) by H.M. WARD

I have been waiting for this book right after I finished book 1 and to be honest, I did not expect that the story will turn out to be such a roller coaster ride. Damaged 1 was like an easy breezy kind of story. Sure the characters have past that broke them but I did not expect it to be like this. Book 2 is so different from the first installment and here you get a piece of everything, happy, sad, romance, and even the sarcastic side of things.

I gotta give it to HM Ward for writing such beautiful book. I looooove it! Like I said, you get a piece of everything in this book and I am not kidding. This book will make you swoon, will make you question and you will definitely laugh. There are 'WTF moments' in this book and I am not kidding. WTF is really the words to describe it. We also get to learn more about Peter's past and you will again fall in love with him. He is soooooo swoon-y that you will love every minute of reading the book. Peter & Sidney are perfect for each other. They clash but they also heal each other and I think it's one of the reasons why I love em. I love their dynamic. Sid can act like a bitch and spit hurtful words but Peter is there to calm her and make her question if her decisions, if it's right or wrong. Peter on the other hand is like an enigma. He can be calm and reserve one second and then the next he throws a pit and can kill a person. Sidney brings him back to life and it's romantic but not in a mushy & icky kind of way. 

If this series is the first book you've read by HM Ward then it's also the first that you will get to meet Peter's brothers and man, they are crazy! I like Sean the first time he appeared in this book and I am effin curious to learn his story. He is such a bad boy by how he was described in the book but at the same time you know he his guarding something, maybe his heart. I like that there's a lot of taunting & sarcasm between him and Sid and it's actually comical to read. Sid does not back off and Sean just keeps on hitting the wrong button that they always clash and it goes on and on and on. Very entertaining. If you're curious bout Sean then read THE ARRANGEMENT series, yes it is his story. I will read it, soon.

We also get to meet Mr. Turkey in this book. Remember the 'WTF moments'? It's Mr. Turkey I am talking about. I'm not gonna give any spoilers bout Mr. Turkey but I bet my ass you will love him. I just love how HM Ward put a mix of drama & comedy in one book. Fucking entertaining indeed!

The ending was defintely unexpected and I did not expect that gesture from Peter. It's such a surprise and totally lovely. I hope there's more books from this series. I wanna read more of Sid & Peter and what happened to em after book 2. HM Ward is fantastic!
