I wrote this poem for a friend when she big chopped. Hey pink nuvie, I sure do shrink, every time you wash me in your bathroom sink. I’m kinky and curly and simply divine I love when you twist me it sure makes me smile I like it that I’m cared for and so to reward you I’ll allow you to wash me, shake me, wear me whenever you care too. Minimum fuss. Beautiful locks. Wear me with whatever for swag that rocks!

From the air into your hair

glycerine draws moisture.

But naturals beware!

If conditions are dry

glycerine will try (and succeed)

To steal it from your tresses.

So I would say before you play
