Here's an amazing breakdown and BTS look at the main set from the 2004 Spielberg film The Terminal by Chief Lighting Technician ⚡@daviddevlin.dp (!!!)

"One of the largest sets I’ve ever lit for Day and Night interior. 615’ x 270’ x 84’ high (187m x 82m x 26m). The set was constructed inside a former B2 bomber factory in Palmdale, CA. The lighting required over 2.8 million watts. Brian Lukas, Kevin Blauvelt, and Larry Richardson engineered how to power the electrical load. Roch Dutkowiak programmed the multiple DMX universes in order to set the scene looks (it took 15 minutes to safely turn on all of the lights). Jim Kwiatkowski and ⚡@charleygilleran designed the system to support the massive backdrop and ultra bounce material allowing for 360-degree shooting. 22x - 100,000 bespoke Softsun fixtures94x - 4k pars43x - 18k fresnels4x - 90k Bebee lights
