This is a guide for some tips and tricks I’ve found to get an all 1200 chibi in the City of Affluence. Since you will need some specific card skills, magic biscuits and a lot of luck on your side, this will be geared more towards advanced players. If anyone has another tip they would like to add, please message me!
Now, before diving into gimmicks, you will need the right team to be able to 1200 City of Affluence. There are many useful card skills to bring along, so here are some of my recommendations.

Essential Skill: パート開始時、一定の確率でメインキャラの＿＿+50
This skill means “at the beginning of each part, there is a chance for the main character to receive +50 on a certain parameter.” The parameter (passion, happy, relax, etc.) will be determined by the parameter of the card itself. For example, since White Snow Rustica is a happy card, he will have a chance to raise the happy parameter by 50 points at the beginning of each part.
This is essential, so I recommend you bring at least 3 cards with this skill with different parameters. You can easily find these cards by searching パート開始時、一定, but make sure you’re using +50 cards and not +40 cards. While +40 cards also work, it will be more difficult to reach 1200 with them.
Here are my +50 cards. If I was building a team, I could choose Pararoid Rustica, Valentine Chloe, Initial Heathcliff, and Initial Cain since they all have different parameters (Cool, Passion, Pride, and Relax respectively).
Non-Essential Skill: 毎ターンのスタミナ回復量+10
This skill means “after every turn, your stamina will be restored by 10 points.” Since the City of Affluence requires a lot of stamina, this will be extremely useful to bring. As of right now, there are only two SSRs with this skill: Initial Lennox and Prelude Rustica.
Non-Essential Skill: ターン終了時、一定の確率でメインキャラのスタミナ+50
This skill means “at the end of every turn, there will be a chance of your stamina increasing by 50 points.” The probability of this skill activating will rise the lower your stamina drops. As of right now, there are only three SSRs with this skill: Initial Cain, Initial Owen, and Prelude Shylock.
Non-Essential Skill: 一緒に交流すると、10%の確率で成功を大成功にする
This skill means “you will have a 10% chance of triggering a great success.” This is the least useful non-essential skill, but it may still be helpful in getting your points up to 1200. You can easily search for this skill with 成功を大成功.
Alright! Time to put it all together!
Below is my team build for making a White Snow Rustica chibi. Their relevant card skills are as follows:
Pararoid Rustica: Cool +50, 10% Great Success
Prelude Rustica: +10 Stamina Restore
Initial Heathcliff: Pride +50, 10% Great Success
Initial Cain: Relax +50, +50 Stamina Restore
White Snow Rustica: Happy +50
Now that we have a team, it’s time to start playing City of Affluence! Make sure to bring 3 biscuits along whether that be Magic Biscuits or Chocolate Biscuits. Magic Biscuits will help you get to 1200, but Chocolate Biscuits will be sufficient for a 999.

City of Affluence Gimmick
The most important factor for 1200-ing City of Affluence is unfortunately... luck. Success in this location largely depends on your Tea Party Level and how fast you can raise it.
Your Tea Party Level increases every 5 Interaction Levels which is determined by adding all of your parameter levels together. I've started with as low as 7 Interaction Levels and as high as 16 Interaction Levels. I believe what you get is entirely up to chance, but if anyone can figure out the system, please let me know!
Now why is this important?
Your Tea Party Level determines the different kinds of tea you can serve. A new tea will be unlocked with each level except Special Tea which can appear at random any time.
To serve tea, you will need to raise the Preparation Level. The Preparation Level will...
+15% every successful turn
+10% for every parameter gain outside of training such as skills like the +50 cards or sub-episodes
-10% every failed turn
For our purposes, you will want to focus on Iced Tea since it will boost your parameter levels fastest, even if Herbal Tea is unlocked from the beginning.
Additionally, parameters will increase the more you interact with them. As a result, I like to interact with ONE parameter until it levels up—usually the one with the lowest parameter level. For example, in the picture below, I tapped on the passion parameter until it went from level 1 to level 2. Then, I moved onto the cool parameter.
The purpose of choosing low-leveled parameters is because the max parameter level is 10. If you have level 9 or 10 parameters, it might be better to switch to Herbal Tea to ensure you don't waste a turn.
What is the goal of raising Tea Party Level?
Essentially, you want to raise your Tea Party Level to 5 by the beginning of part 3. At Tea Party Level 5, you will permanently unlock Special Tea and the ability to serve two teas at a time.
It can be difficult to get to Tea Party Level 5 at the beginning of part 3. However, this is important because you will need a 100% Preparation Level and full or near-full stamina bar by the END of part 3.

Now here's where we 1200!
At 2 turns from the end of part 3, serve a Blended Tea and Special Tea (with sweets if you have them). The following turn, activate all 3 of your Magic/Chocolate Biscuits that you brought with you. Then, interact with a parameter that you do NOT have a +50 bonus card for. In my team build above, since I have a +50 card for Cool, Pride, Relax, and Happy parameters, I would interact with the Passion parameter.
This should give your chosen parameter a significant bonus, potentially leveling it to 1200. (As an extra tip, you may want to avoid interacting with this parameter in the first two parts since it will be heavily boosted here).

-> If you did NOT reach 100% Preparation Level by turn 2, activate your Biscuits on the last turn anyways. Your Biscuit bonus WILL carry over to part 4 which may be useful.
-> If you did NOT reach Tea Party Level 5 by part 3, serve Special Tea. The 30% bonus will carry over to part 4.
Now, at the start of part 4, your +50 cards should be activating. However, because of your Biscuit and Special Tea bonus, instead of +50, they should raise your parameters by +390 each (if you are using 3 Magic Biscuits; Chocolate Biscuits will give you a lower increase).
You should now have close to 1200 on all parameters! All that's left to do is to use the rest of part 4 to clean up those stats (which is where your great success cards may come in handy). Enjoy your new 1200 chibi and pray that it ends up being the correct one!

So I’ve been into OP for a very long time already and I rewatched it definitely too many times 👀 But after I made my blog, i watch/read it far less often so that it doesn’t tire me out too much - whichever fandom you’re going to write for, it applies as well; just make sure not to get too hooked-up on the show/series/books in a relatively short period of time cuz usually it’s the cause of getting discouraged later on
if your blog’s new, definitely don’t worry about the amount of likes/reblogs you get on your posts babe - first of all, you gotta give it some time to reach wider readership and second, the notes and followers count are never accurate when you want to check how many people read your works; not everyone who reads a post is going to leave a like or a comment under it, that’s why we gotta all be grateful for those who take their time to do that (mwah)
and whenever you get a writer’s block or don’t seem to be satisfied with what you wrote, definitely don’t give up - just give yourself some time away from whichever fandom you’re in and maybe watch/read another show/book so that you get to see new characters, new motives and new plots so that you’ll be able to come back to your writings with a fresher perspective
also remember not to let some people, who for some reason feel entitled to make any kinds of demands, get to you - especially since, from what i’ve noticed so far, writers tend to put a lot of effort into their works only to receive either no feedback at all or plain requests for more without actually getting any comments on their previous writings
generally, just do your thing, honey, and remember - it’s supposed to be fun and to make you happy cause you’re the one who puts your time and effort into it
