Have you ever considered the amount of dishes you'd produce with six to seven meals a day?

And there's no dishwashers in the shire!

Concerning Hobbit Food Culture

the name "second breakfast" implies the existence of some kind of fast to be broken. Therefore, we can reasonably infer that after the first meal of the day, hobbits take a mid-morning nap if possible (or refrain from eating much for a little while if not, to avoid "spoiling their appetite" for second breakfast). I am definitely not overthinking this

I had a little digestive problem this week and the gastroenterologist literaly said I have to eat to 6 small meal a day. I'm officially turning into a Hobbit now, cause I had to change my daily meals and fit all 6 meals in one day. So basically I'm having Breakfast, 2nd Breakfast, Elevensies(sometimes skipping it), Lunch, sometimes Afternoon Tea, and Dinner.

I've got about two hours left in my first LOTR marathon since 2007. This is also the first one for which I followed the Hobbit meal schedule. It's been a really good day!
