I hate how much I overthink about literally everything when I’m writing or outlining. I wish I could just, you know… think the normal amount a person should when creating a story?

I’ll often doubt myself and think my story is poorly written, or one put to much or to little into the outline. It’s good to have self reflection, but seriously, it’s not as deep as I make it out to be!!

I just wanted to tell you all a big thank you. I am only barely 25, i am disabled and struggling to get by. That you all enjoy the little stories about my hyperfixation Poolverine so much means the world to me. I am in no way an experienced writer but having people draw literal art that's inspired by my stories? I have no words for how much in awe i am!

So i guess i must be doing something right. Again, i wanna thank you from the bottom of my heart. Knowing that you love what i write, gets me through the awful days of retail and gives me more ideas for future works.

So, thinking about starting a custom account for all our writing we do. Working on a big novel project, progress on version alpha is going quite well but we are in desperate need of alpha readers. It is a very personal project and we really fear people stealing our world and characters, many of which are literature versions of people from our private life.

Something I love so much about writing, be it fanfic or original work, is how your characters evolve over the years. One of my favourite OC’s started out as a Percy Jackson marry sue fan character I made during the pandemic because I was bored. Whereas my other favourite is just some funky little fella I made up one day.

I love how the characters you make up can have such vastly different origins. I love how they can change so much based off the little scenarios you imagine them in, and how a 11pm pacing session in your room can change something about them so drastically.
