ISRAELI OCCUPATION FORCES ATTACK YEMEN'S PORT CITY OF HEDEIDAH
📹 Fires burn in the port city of Hodeidah in western Yemen after the Israeli occupation army launched a series of airstrikes on the city, resulting in a raging conflagration and a number of casualties.
The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) launched an airstrike on Saturday, targeting Yemen's western port city of Hodeidah on the Red Sea, triggering a large conflagration in an oil refinery and resulting in an unknown number of casualties.
The strikes were a response to a drone strike on Friday launched by the Yemeni Armed Forces that collided with an apartment building in Tel Aviv, killing one Israeli citizen and wounding at least 10 others.
Reporting and video from the strikes show the port of Hodeidah burning in a massive conflagration after the reported strike, which Hebrew media Channel-12 cited Al-Mayadeen News as stating the strike had been conducted by an Israeli F-35 fighter jet, while an American official confirmed the claim in an interview with the Israeli media outlet "Walla".
Yemeni media reporting on the attack confirmed the Israeli occupation's raids targeted an oil refinery in the port of Hodeidah, resulting in a large fire.

Their commitment to Palestinian liberation has been unceasing, despite the zionist entity's bombing of Hodeidah with US-manufactured F-35 warplanes.
Responding to this attack that killed six and injured several more, Yemenis emerged with massive demonstrations and proclaimed, "No matter how much strike us... no matter what, we will not back down."
Yemen is proving to the world that they will never abandon Gaza. From Gaza to Yemen to Lebanon to Iraq, our enemies are the same: the zionist entity and the US empire! 🇵🇸🔻🇾🇪

The absence of credible figures for the death toll in Yemen until now, has made it easier for foreign powers to shrug off accusations they are complicit in a human disaster.
One reason Saudi Arabia and its allies are able to avoid a public outcry over their intervention in the war in Yemen, is that the number of people killed in the fighting has been vastly understated. The figure is regularly reported as 10,000 dead in three-and-a-half years, a mysteriously low figure given the ferocity of the conflict. Now a count by a non-partisan group has produced a study demonstrating 56,000 people have been killed in Yemen since early 2016. The number is increasing by more than 2,000 per month as fighting intensifies around the Red Sea port of Hodeidah. It does not include those dying of malnutrition, or diseases such as cholera.
After three years of relentless conflict, it has been estimated that out of a population of 27.4 million, 22.2 million people in Yemen are in need of humanitarian assistance, 17 million are food insecure, 14.8 million lack basic healthcare, 4.5 million children are suffering malnourishment, while 2.9 million people are internally displaced. The country is also facing the "largest documented cholera epidemic of modern times." Saudi Arabia bombed a cholera treatment center in the west of the country, causing the French NGO Médecins Sans Frontières to halt their work at the facility. The Saudi-led Sunni coalition has unleashed a massive air, land and sea offensive against the Houthi-controlled Red Sea port city of Hodeidah, one of the last remaining points of entry of food, medicines, and other essential humanitarian aid.

Both sides of the Yemen war have been accused of forcing over 800 children, some as young as 11, to be child soldiers. Forcing children to fight in a war they probably don't understand is never ever acceptable. Especially, when the war is already committing many human rights violations. PROTECT OUR CHILDREN
