💡Did you know not to throw away the bottom of your romaine lettuce head? 💡 . . . If you put the butt of the romaine lettuce into a shallow glass with about 2" of water, the romaine will actually start to regrow! 🥬🥬🥬It's best to transfer them to soil after 2 says or so, but you can COMPLETELY restock your salad shelf from your "trash"! Getting ready to workout means fueling my body. . . .
