Real estate developer Nick and his wife, Australian actress Holly Candy, have submitted an application to The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea for the ‘development and construction of a garden lavatory’ in the gardens of ‘Providence House’ - 35a Tite Street, Chelsea, London.
The application gave us a look at the existing and proposed plans for the space as well as an over-all look at the layout of their house and the incredible and extensive grounds on their property. can you believe how much space they have?! thats a lot of sq ft in London. you can see the location of the proposed lavatory outlined in orange to the right hand side of the grounds along West Road.
we also got another sneak peek of the beautiful garden when Holly posted this video to her Twitter account back in July last year X check out that stunning dome and the lake behind her. ugh. sigh.
While it will most likely be approved, a decision on the plans is expected in early May 2020.
