I haven't actually seen Endgame yet but from reading spoilers, it sounds like you might be referring to Harley, the kid from Iron Man 3 that Tony met in Tennessee, who would be about that age by now (and from what I've read was in that scene)

Ahhhh that would make sense! We were thinking he’d be the right-ish age to be that character, but there was nothing indicating it other than a guess and an age estimate lol - but thank you!
