4th day @ the gym! #selfie
So today I went to the gym yet again by myself. Like I wanted to go, but sometimes well a lot of times it sucks to go by yourself. I enjoy gym company. Omg -- and I took the stairs after work. This was before I went to the gym. I almost died lol. Going all the way to the garage on the 5th floor where I parked sucked. I am so out of shape. :D I almost heaved a lung! Anyway the gym was actually cool today. Not too packed and the dude at the front desk was super nice. He actually legit asked how I was doing and everything. I'm awkward with that stuff especially the path to actually get the gym equipment. Huge front desk along with a long and large path -- not my thing. Sorry got a little off track. I did some cardio on the treadmill for 30 minutes then did some ab and leg stuff. I'm tired lol and I'm sure I could have done more. Maybe next time. I plan to go in the am though.
I made an egg white sandwich after the gym not sure if that's okay since it was after 12am. Wheat, swish cheese, spinach, avocado, and egg whites. I just hadn't had a good lunch. The line was too long at work. Had salad with Italian dressing, cottage cheese, and some fruit. God I was so hungry after this! Before work at like 11am I had a black bean burger sandwich then on my way to work at 2ish I had a cashew milk smoothie with spinach, banana, blueberries, and honey. I actually woke up at 10am. It's a start. I wake up like right before work usually.
And I tried the whole drinking enough water ugh! Had like 32 ounces white I was at work before my break I had to pee so badly after like and hour lol.
