The given New Testament Trinity icon with a silver oklad dates back to the early 19th century. The centerpiece depicts Father and Son, sitting together on both sides of a throne, with the Holy Spirit floating in the air in the shape of a dove. It is what makes it different from the Old Testament variation of the image, where you can see the Three Angels and the Hospitality of Abraham. The border scenes of the icon feature selected feasts and the Four Evangelists — Matthew, John the Theologian, Mark, and Luke.
