Yeah, I'm fine! 😂 I just wanted to let people know, because it can be really abrupt to see someone change fandoms like that.
I've just been feeling less and less invested in S4--my favorite characters are dead or gone or a fucking joke. I hate how Kripke has been slowly whittling away at Homelander, who used to be an amazing complex and well-written character. Right now, I'm finding it hard to be invested in a character who's been confirmed to not get a chance at redemption, especially when it seems like the writers are turning him into a joke just to spite the fans.
And honestly, it feels like Kripke is trying to make toxic masculinity the villain without actually understanding what that means. I kind of feel like it's supposed to be an apology for how he did the women of Supernatural.
In which case having three female characters survive the first three seasons (one of whom is a secondary character) is just... it's really not the apology you think it is, buddy.
