This is my first attempt at homebrew, so it’s probably not perfect, but here’s the Blind Since Birth character background I made for DnD 5e!

I will be entering all the info into DnD Beyond soon, and I will update this post with the link when it’s done so anyone who wants to use it is able to!

WELP, gonna have to rewatch this episode of CR, being as I spent so much of it pulling together a homebrew background for my Tovouka giants - essentially the big friendly Goliath shepherds of my homebrew world.

Honestly, I feel really pleased with all the homebrew pieces I’ve created for Talamvir! I’ve got a College of Comedy homebrew for my insane table that somehow decided that the town of Blev needed to have - *exasperated sigh* - clowns 🤣. I’ve made a homebrew Werewolf Wolf Clan race with different curses, and bindings to the three different moons of my world, and then today, I made the first of like a MILLION homebrew backgrounds I want to make.

It feels like Talamvir, and in a larger part, the Pax Auri region setting that I’m building out, is really starting to take on a life of its own! I’m so happy with it! The history is epic and cool, I have strange creatures, interesting magic, neat concepts, and cool factions, both in the past and in the present, and best of all, a lot of cool and interesting lines of tension that make things meaty to write about and cool for players to interact with.

Man I fucking love worldbuilding.
