Made some ole skool English style arrows to go with the Yew English longbow for a client. Sitka spruce 11/32 shafts, 8 inch fletch, horn inserts and self nocks, B50 bowstring material to wrap the fletch ,and 125 grain field points and spined 65 to 70#

Natural wood shafts of Wild Rose after three weeks of drying and their first heat straightening. Out of 21 shafts cut only 13 shafts are able to be used because the others have split in various places during drying. A slow process but fun..
