Ingredients: 2 racks of spare ribs. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 2 tablespoons paprika. 1 tablespoon garlic powder. 1 tablespoon onion powder. 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper. 1 teaspoon black pepper. 1 teaspoon salt. For the sauce:. 1 cup ketchup. 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar. 1/4 cup honey. 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Set your grill on medium heat. Take off the membrane from the back of the ribs so that the flavor can get in better. Put brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt in a bowl. Mix them together to make a rub. Spread a lot of the mixture on both sides of the ribs. Before you put the ribs on the grill, heat it up. Cook them for 30 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145F 63C. Put ketchup, apple cider vinegar, honey, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a saucepan. While the ribs are cooking, make the sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring every now and then. For a caramelized glaze, baste the ribs with the sauce during the last 10 minutes of cooking. When the ribs are done, take them off the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Then, cut them in half along the bones. Put extra sauce on the side so that you can dip the spare ribs in it. Have fun with your delicious spare ribs!
