With a smoky barbecue glaze and tender, flavorful ribs, these Easy Barbecue Pork Ribs are a great summer dinner. The dry rub and sauce together make the taste better, making it a hit at any picnic or barbecue.
Ingredients: 2 racks of pork ribs. 1 cup barbecue sauce. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 2 tablespoons paprika. 1 tablespoon garlic powder. 1 tablespoon onion powder. 1 teaspoon black pepper. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper. 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar.
Instructions: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper to create a dry rub. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and rub the dry spice mixture onto both sides of the racks. Place the ribs on the preheated grill and cook for 10 minutes per side, or until they develop a nice crust. In a small saucepan, combine barbecue sauce and apple cider vinegar. Heat the sauce until warmed through. Brush the ribs with the barbecue sauce mixture during the last 5 minutes of grilling. Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve the barbecue pork ribs with your favorite sides and enjoy!
