On hot summer days, these Plum, Basil, and Yogurt Ice Pops are a tasty and healthy treat. A tasty popsicle that both kids and adults will enjoy is made with sweet plums, fragrant basil, and smooth yogurt.
Ingredients: 2 cups ripe plums, pitted and chopped. 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves. 2 cups Greek yogurt. 1/2 cup honey. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: Blend the fresh basil and plums together. Mix until it's smooth. Mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a different bowl. Combine well. Add the plum and basil mixture to the yogurt mix. Make sure everything is well mixed. Put the mix into molds for ice pops. Each mold should have ice pop sticks in it. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the ice is completely frozen. To serve, run the molds under warm water for a short time to loosen the ice pops. Then, take them out of the molds and enjoy!
