It's made by simmering finely ground coffee beans in water with optional sugar, then letting the mixture settle before serving. As a result, the coffee is strong and flavorful, with a thick foam on top. Instructions: Pour water and sugar into a cezve Turkish coffee pot. if using. Stir constantly over low heat until the sugar dissolves. Stir in the coffee grounds briefly to combine. Allow the coffee to heat up without stirring. Remove from the heat when the coffee begins to foam and spoon the foam into the coffee cups. Return the cezve to the heat and bring the coffee back to a simmer. Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1 1/2 cups milk. 2 large eggs. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped. 1 cup shredded cheese your choice, such as feta, mozzarella, or cheddar. 1/2 cup diced onions. 2 cloves garlic, minced. Butter or oil for frying.
Instructions: In a blender, combine the flour, milk, eggs, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced onions and minced garlic, and saut until fragrant and translucent, about 2 minutes. Add chopped spinach to the skillet and saut until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside. In a separate non-stick skillet, melt a small amount of butter or oil over medium heat. Pour in a ladleful of the crepe batter and swirl the pan to spread it thinly and evenly. Cook the crepe for about 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom is lightly golden. Flip the crepe using a spatula and cook the other side for another 1-2 minutes. Repeat the process with the remaining batter, adding more butter or oil to the skillet as needed. Once all crepes are cooked, place a spoonful of the spinach mixture and a sprinkle of shredded cheese on each crepe. Fold the crepe in half to enclose the filling, then fold it in half again to form a triangle. Return the filled crepes to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the cheese is melted and the crepes are heated through. Serve hot and enjoy!

Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1 tsp baking powder. 1/4 tsp baking soda. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/2 vanilla bean, seeds scraped or 1 tsp pure vanilla extract. 1/2 cup buttermilk. 1 large egg. 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted. 2 tbsp pure maple syrup. For the Maple Glaze:. 1/2 cup powdered sugar. 2 tbsp pure maple syrup. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. 1-2 tbsp milk as needed. Pinch of salt.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease a donut pan. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add the scraped vanilla bean seeds or vanilla extract, buttermilk, egg, melted butter, and maple syrup to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined. Spoon the batter into a piping bag or a zip-top bag with a corner snipped off. Pipe the batter into the donut molds, filling each about 2/3 full. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the donuts spring back when lightly touched and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. While the donuts are baking, prepare the maple glaze. In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Add milk as needed to achieve your desired glaze consistency. Once the donuts are done baking, remove them from the oven and let them cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Dip each cooled donut into the maple glaze, allowing any excess to drip off. Place the glazed donuts back on the wire rack to set. Optional: Drizzle extra maple glaze over the top of the donuts for an extra burst of flavor. Enjoy your homemade Maple Glazed Vanilla Bean Donuts!
