Beat the summer heat with these refreshing homemade ice pops! Made with fresh fruit, Greek yogurt, and a touch of sweetness, these popsicles are a healthier alternative to store-bought treats.
Ingredients: 2 cups fresh fruit such as berries, mango, or kiwi. 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup. 1 cup Greek yogurt. 1/2 cup coconut water or fruit juice. Popsicle molds. Popsicle sticks.
Instructions: Using a blender, blend the fresh fruit until it is smooth. If you want it sweeter, add honey or maple syrup and blend it again. Greek yogurt and coconut water or fruit juice should be mixed well in a separate bowl. Alternate between layers of the fruit puree and yogurt mixture in the popsicle molds. Place a popsicle stick in each mold. Put it in the freezer for at least four hours, or until it's solid. To get the popsicles out of the molds, briefly run warm water around the outside of the mold. Enjoy the ice pops you made yourself!
