ok so it’s bad theory time about the new trolls. I know I’m likely wrong but I always did wonder about the original twelve’s real descendants. I mean, they all made it to adulthood which implies that most of them must have contributed dna at one point or another and so probably have real descendants that were hatched normally running around like how Jake had Joey and Jude. So what if these trolls are real descendants of Aranea and Kurloz respectively? I mean, it would teach us more about real descendants since we know the trolls we know were made in a machine and may be more similar to their dancestors since the gene pool was very small and most people don’t look that similar to their parents.

I don’t know, I’m probably wrong but Ardata has a name associated with spiders and red(the Serket’s lucky colour) and has a third eye implying either clairvoyance or being an empath since most real palm or tarot readers specialise in reading people not the future and that fits with the carnival theme they seem to have. This makes her more Aranea than Vriska to me since Vriska never really showed Aranea’s empathic abilities and instead got her mind control power.

Then there’s Marvus, a ringleader known for being a trickster or...Capricious in nature. This is what has me really considering this theory, I’ve seen the idea that he could be a void player so either ‘The Brazen’ or ‘The Rift’, these may fit him, I don’t know but the emphasis what pumpkin put on him being a trickster and the fact they out-ruled the closest title ‘The Audacious’ has set off the idea in my head. He kind of looks like a little GHB.

Only time will tell I guess but I like this theory since we already have some kids of homestuck characters so it’s not all that unprecedented and it would give them a real reason to hide their signs since we’ve already had void players introduced without issue.

Carmia could relate to Carmilla, a book about lesbian Vampires, this honestly furthers my theory since we know Mindfang shared a quadrant with the Dolorosa at one point who had the rainbow drinker gene and may have passed that on to Ardata
