I don’t really know or care about the things that are happening for people to say the SU fandom is a toxic and bad fandom but at least it isn’t full of people who only know the characters through youtube softcore yaoi LOLSORANDOM videos
is it possible to ship fandoms because homestuck <> hetalia is beautiful

Of Pasta, Pizza and A Bet
Note: Once again, nature reminds me that I am very much a girl by waking me up today with a uterus punch. I feel like eating five pounds of cake and shouting at almost anything that moves. But, here I am, writing a continuation of what was only a oneshot story... The things I do on my period, they're unspeakable...
--- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- ---
Hetalia's homeroom class was composed of loud, annoying, obnoxious and over-all awesome fandom students. Whovian sat in his usual seat at the back of the room, right next to an open window. Sherlockian sat next to him, discussing something they both learned from their history class. The Supernatural brothers sat with this girl named Maka and her cousin, Sebastian, who shared the same interest with them when it came to the paranormal. Twilight was silent as usual, sulking in her own corner of the classroom. Hetalia could tell she got into an argument with Potterhead again, must be the same old "wizards are way cooler than vampires" thing.
"Good morning, my little Hetalia!"
Hetalia looked up from his sketch book, his soft brown eyes lighting up when he saw the preppy blue-eyed girl in front of him. "Don't suddenly come up like that, Miku! You know it annoys me when someone interrupts my drawing!" he teased, closing his sketch book and lightly hitting Miku's arm.
Miku laughed, taking her seat right in front of her close friend. "I can tell someone's a little angry. You usually greet me back, 'Talia! Did something happen?"
Whovian tapped Miku's shoulder, causing her to turn around. "He had a spat with the new student."
Miku looked confused. "New student? We have a new student?"
Hetalia rolled his eyes, turning in his chair to face Whovian. "Not cool, bro. Not cool..." he sighed. Whovian shrugged, turning back to his conversation with Sherlockian.
"What happened, 'Talia?" Miku continued to ask. Hetalia pouted, shook his head and returned to drawing in his sketch book. Miku scrunched up her eyebrows and faced Sherlockian instead. "You two, spill it."
Sherlockian smirked. "It's hard to argue with a woman with inhuman, naturally blue hair."
"I'll pretend not to be insulted by that, so I'll just remind you Modoka has pink hair. Now, spill it."
"Hetalia was in the library yesterday, doing research on the American Revolution for God know's what reason. Homestuck, the new student, was idly leaning on one of the bookshelves and was basically just watching everybody..." Whovian began.
"Homestuck is not your usual student. He has a queer trait... For example; you have blue hair, Naruto over there has whiskers, let's not forget to mention Hobbit's and Lord's height..." Sherlockian continued.
"And this trait is- ?"
"His skin. He has gray skin."
Miku raised an eyebrow. "Gray skin?"
"Yes, gray skin. Hetalia made the mistake of asking him about it. He should have just been nice to him, but he thought acting like a jerk would make Hetalia here back off."
"Whovian, please shut up, I can hear everything you guys are talking about."
Miku swatted his arm. "Oh, c'mon 'Talia! You're acting like you're on your period!"
"Renaissance or Great Depression?" Whovian joked.
Hetalia giggled, the first for the entire day. "Funny, Who, real funny."
Miku laughed, Sherlockian joining her, as Hetalia began to repeatedly hit Whovian's head with his sketch pad. Everything seemed to fit right into place for Hetalia - he was having fun with his friends like normal, Elric was chasing Ouran arround the room for no apparent reason, Naruto , Luffy and Natsu having their early morning eating contest. Yes, it felt just fine. That is, until Professor Castiel entered the room, announcing that he was going to introduce a new student today. Hetalia could feel his stomach jump off of Mount Everest.
"Some of you may know this already, but we're going to have an addition to our class today. He arrived a bit late due to reasons so you have to try your best to help him get adjusted to Tumblr University. Understood?"
Everyone nodded, their voices in unison when they yelled "Yes".
Miku kicked Hetalia's shoe, raising her eyebrow when he looked at her. Hetalia merely rolled his eyes, mouthing "I know" as he tried to act busy shading America's eyes.
"You may come in now. Introduce yourself."
The moment Hetalia caught sight of his jet black hair, he knew immediately that his classes for the day wouldn't be as fun as they used to be. He walked towards the center of the room, the wires from his horn-shaped headphones dangling from his head, his sunglasses making everyone wonder just what the hell he was looking at. He stopped right next to Professor Castiel, raising his hands to finally take off his sunglasses.
And Hetalia swore that he had the most beautiful pair of brown eyes. Not that he'd tell the jerk.
"The name's Homestuck, born in Texas and raised in Washington, hates any kind of baked goods, fan of Japanese weaponry, given life on April 13 and that's all the shit you need to keep in mind. And yeah, I have gray skin. Deal with it."
He looked straight into Hetalia's eyes when he said the last part, making Hetalia quickly turn to look out the window. He could feel those brown eyes still looking at him, but he fought the urge to turn around and see them for himself. Miku just had to whisper: "Hetalia, he's looking at you! He's looking at you!".
He wanted to disappear. He hurriedly scribbled "I know, shut up Miku!" on some scratch paper and threw it on her desk. She read it and made a zipping-my-mouth gesture, making Hetalia feel a little bit better.
"Well, it's nice to meet you, Homestuck..." Professor Castiel said, "There's an empty seat in front of Ms. Hatsune, why don't you sit there?"
Hetalia could have exploded, right then and there. Just when he thought he was feeling a bit better, Professor Cas had to make this jerk sit right across him. There goes his happy homeroom days.
"Oh, for the love of pasta, this can't be happening!" he screamed in his head, hiding his face in his hands.
Homestuck raised an eyebrow, shrugged and walked to his seat. Hetalia was relieved that he sat down without another word. Hopefully, for the whole day, it would be this way. They would pretend the other didn't exist, and maybe he could get through the day without writing some frustratingly angst fanfiction. He closed his eyes and prayed to every god in existence to make the day bright for him.
--- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- ---
Lunch came by so quickly, Hetalia couldn't even remember the last three hours he had been with the insufferable prick that was Homestuck. He picked at his food, which was unusual because they were serving pasta for lunch and he usually ate it all in one go but strangely he didn't feel like eating yet. Miku sat beside him, her pencil tapping against the table as she worked out the beat of her knew song . Whovian and Sherlockian decided to eat with them today, engrossed in their own conversation about the various periods of British history. He stole glances at Homestuck, who was eating alone by the windows, his back toward the person currently watching him.
Without a word he got up from his table, took his tray and walked towards what his friends considered as his mortal enemy. Homestuck looked at him as he approached, brown eyes remaining hidden beneath his thick glasses. Hetalia shrugged, placed his tray on the table and sat right across him. Miku and the others just stared in awe at the change of attitude.
"What're you doing here?" Homestuck asked, leaning so only Hetalia could hear him.
"I'm here to eat with you..." Hetalia replied nonchalantly, taking a bite of a cherry tomato.
Homestuck raised an eyebrow, amused. "And why bother eating with me?" he asked, gesturing toward Hetalia's table. "Why not eat with them? Eat with the normal students?"
Hetalia shrugged. "I don't know. They can be a bit boring sometimes."
"Look, kid, I don't need your pity. If you think I need some friend, let me tell you otherwise. I don't need a fr-"
"Everybody needs a friend!" Hetalia interrupted, his tone serious. He smiled. "Can you at least let me be yours?"
Homestuck stared at him, wondering "What the hell is wrong with this dude?". He wasn't sure if the guy had ulterior motives or was just plain friendly. He decided not to try and decode him, seeing that it was harder to understand him as he already was. He shook his head, turning his attention back on the half-eaten pizza on his plate.
"You should eat that..." Hetalia put in.
"What's it to you?"
"I like pizza..." Hetalia shrugged, "I'll eat if you don't want it..."
Homestuck grinned, picking the slice up and devouring it. He didn't leave a single crumb behind. "I love pizza..."
Hetalia giggled, his cheerful mood affecting his slightly less cheerful companion. They both laughed, making the other students look their way. Miku continued to stare at them, the camera she hid under the table snapping away. Whovian and Sherlockian looked at each other, shrugged and exchanged a few bills.
"Twenty dollars they won't last a month..." Whovian whispered.
"Fifty dollars, they will..." Sherlockian countered.
The two exchanged a handshake, sealing the deal.
