A teacher’s work was never done -- someone had said that for sure. Though, for a teacher who worked primarily online, and was only asked to be at the university for two days out of the work week, it seems there was only so much work to do.

Thank goodness that the library on campus was up to par, then. Once her work was finished, as well as some other work for another project with a certain manga artist, the tiny author moved through the aisles of books with a soft smile. She wasn’t looking for anything in particular, but rather something that caught her eye.

Instead of a book that did the trick, it was the sight of a woman with a cane.

“Ah -- Homura, was it?”

“A pleasure to see you again. How are you today?”
