What’s your favourite childhood memory? How does it compare to your favourite memory from the last few years?

“My favorite childhood memory...I would assume this isn’t speaking of my teen years included, would it? Because to answer this honestly with later years omitted...cheesy as it sounds, meeting Sukjin was one of my favorite memories. I remember not understanding how someone so kind could associate with my aunt and uncle who were local shop owners and not so kind people...but I was also always really amazed by that certain kindness he seemed to radiate. And of course, knowing him would to many fond memories. Especially ones worth embarrassing photos that he still manages to pull out of who knows where.” She rolls her eyes at this, but really there’s an underlying fondness in her tone. “And as for my favorite memory from the last few years...I would say it all equally compares. I’ve met people like Sukjin and Mingyu in my life prior to adulthood and just that alone made life a lot better...and I’ve met other people within the past few years such as Wonwoo and Hyoyeon that have changed my life. I’m bad at focusing on moments, that’s why I write them down or keep photographs to remember them...I focus more so on the people and how they’ve impacted my life and helped me grow, for better or worse. Though with these individuals and others, it’s more so for the better—and better than what I deserve, honestly speaking.”
