The Old Mill (Residential)

Let it flow. Let it flow! Can't produce a current anymo'... Okay, while this decommissioned water mill might not create the electricity it once did, that does not mean it has lost its spark! Having once been responsible for 57% of the power in Windenburg, you might say the mill has now retired. While you can still sometimes hear the creaking that tells of a different time, the estate has been laid to rest and is now a haven of tranquility and peace. So if you enjoy either of those - welcome home!

The Windmill (Residential)

Longing for a simpler time? Well, it does not get much simpler than this. Built in the late 1900's, this windmill was decommissioned after grinding a little too hard. Lucky for you, it has been restored to its former glory. While grinding flour is no longer its strong suit, it sure is excited to take on a new challenge...providing a home to small family and maybe a pet!
