Tomorrow - Feb. 11 - is Saint Gobnait's Feast Day. She is the patron saint of bees and beekeeping 🐝🐝🐝

Also known as Abigail or Deborah if you insist on going by the English alternative to her name (which is Irish)

Im not Christian but i like bees so I celebrate this, usually just by pointing out to as many people as possible that it is St Gobnaits day and then telling them things about bees

Because St Valentine is ALSO a patron saint of beekeepers, the 11th-14th, it's just a four day stretch where I think about how much i love bees. I call it "Honeyfest" and one of these years I'm going to ACTUALLY celebrate it with my friends by throwing a tea party with bee themed snacks but sadly this year cannot be the year for it.
