Prayer to overcome narc abuse

I have decided to post this prayer for anyone suffering from dealing with a narc abuser. I will pray for you that you may find healing through Christ and through god.

Heavenly Father,

I ask today that you help me heal and grow from the abuser i allowed into my home. I ask you to remove anyone who is bringing me negativity out of my life. I ask that you help me heal. I ask that you help me practice forgiveness. I ask that you help me learn how to love thy neighbor. I ask that you help me practice being less selfish and healing my selfish heart from the abuse that he inflicted upon me. I ask that you help me move past this and live in the present. I ask that you remove the post-traumatic stress from my past from my life and help me focus on all the positives. I ask you help me see things clearly and help me gain clarity and truth from the past. I ask that you help me move forward and realize that i cannot go backwards again. I ask that you help me find peace and love again. I ask lord that you bring me someone wonderful, and worth my time and energy. I ask that you teach me to love you more. I ask that you help me embrace who i am for all that i am. I ask that you help me on my healing journey through self-love, self-worth; and help me find myself. In your loving name.
