What I’m doing more of: • eating mindfully • meditating • working out regularly • taking each day in stride • appreciating my body and finding peace in my form • listening to guiding voices who help me understand God and Jesus better • soaking up the sunshine • getting outside as much as possible What I still need to work on improving: • slowing my quickness to anger (fire heart) • staying present and giving each moment quality attention • being less judgmental • curbing stress eating or eating out of boredom • self-doubt and deprecation • practicing hatha more often • discovering the love and energy inside me and radiating it outwards • finding peace amidst the chaos • finding a happy medium between trusting God but also leaning on my own gifts to help create transformative change • not expecting (all of) the world to care as much as I do, instead, going about what I feel is right and enjoying the blessing of solidarity and good community I find along the way // #followthesun #breatheinlove #breatheoutnegativity #lovethyself #appreciationpost #yoga #meditation #morelove #lesshate #radicallove #radicalselflove #radiate #peacefulwarrior #namaste #aloha #honoryourbody #honoryourmind #honoryourtemple
