I just saw such a dumbass take on TikTok about how that person who posted the take thought Emma and Hook would get a divorce after the show ended because Hook wanted to travel and Emma wanted to stay in storybrooke for her fam so hook resorted back to alcoholism and to that i just have to say; no way in fucking hell. A; They canonically went to hell and back for each other like they’re physically incapable of letting each other go so much so that Emma tried to revive him from the dead TWICE mind you and that a literal god decided to actually revive hook to be with Emma and B; Hook would want to settle down just as much as Emma since he spent 200 years or more traveling around the enchanted forest and had gotten plenty of adventures in neverland and other places, he did not care about the pirates life at all anymore. He traded his ship again TWICE mind you so that he could return to emma after they were once again forcibly separated and C; Hook canonically switched to water for a while just because Emma asked (which was kind of thrown away later since he needed the liquid courage to tell her about her grandfather but it still counts) he would not allow himself to drown in alcohol.

“You know what awaits us.” Y/n spoke standing next to Killian at the top of the ship. Keeping her voice quiet enough so the others wouldn’t hear.

“I remember.” He nodded at his daughter as he steered the ship. Keeping his voice low as well so Emma, Snow, Charming, and the Evil Queen wouldn’t hear.

“Are you sure we shouldn’t tell them.” Y/n questioned looking down at their traveling companions. People who had become friends.

“I’ve warned them.” Killain says as if it’s enough but they did not warn them enough.

“Not enough dad and you know it.” Y/n stated turning her head to look at him with a knowing look.

“Unless it comes up on its own, why tell, lass?” He did his best to smile but even he didn’t know if it was the right thing to do.

“You know if they don’t know ahead of time Pan will bring it up.” Y/n states as fact. She spent years on Neverland and those years she was very close to Pan. Y/n knows how he works. “That’ll lose your good points with Miss Swan.” Y/n smirked knowing all about her fathers crush on the blonde sheriff. She likes Emma and thinks she’d be good for her dad. But it was entertaining to watch him try to get in her good graces.

“I’ll think about it.” Killian answers, he knows she’s right but he still wanted to think on it.

“It’ll be your loss.” Y/n shrugged her shoulders before turning and walking away. Leaving him to think on her words.
