Well, Snow was finally free. She had finally managed to get out and part of her wished to go back into captivity. At least it was warm in that room. But she kept going. There had to be a foot of snow on the ground and, although her name was the same, trekking in it with no shoes or coat was just about the worst thing she had ever done.
It was a long journey from what felt like the middle of the woods to anything that even remotely resembled Storybrooke to her. And, by the time she reached the all-too-familiar gate that housed Granny’s Diner, she could hardly keep herself upright. At least the snow had been moved off the sidewalks in the middle of town, but still. She wouldn’t be surprised if her dizziness and her hard time walking was because of the cold, because she had lost sense of feeling in her feet.
She leaned against the fence but, after a moment, she no longer had the strength to push herself back up and try to get in. So she just stayed there.
