Pairing: Woozi/Vernon Rating: G. Length: One shot Warnings: None.  In which Hansol finally gets to meet the man behind the webcam. Repost from my old tumblr lightly inspired by FEMM’s song The Real Thing.

“Thank you for watching everyone! Before I go, I just wanted to remind you guys that there won’t be a video for the next few days since I’ll be in Busan to visit some friends. I’ll be posting pictures and quick videos on my Instagram though, so feel free to follow me, the link will be in the description below. See ya,” Vernon ends the video with his typical arm cross and bow, hitting the upload button and letting his lips stretch up in a broad grin as Vernon slips away and Hansol resurfaces.

‘Busan,’ he thinks, fingers itching to click over to the little Skype icon in the corner and see if a certain pink-haired Youtuber was finished with his video yet. 

Out of boredom he clicks over to the other’s channel, laughing when he sees that he still hasn’t changed the “Woozi’s World” banner decorating the top of his page. He goes to click on the latest video, a Q&A video where Jihoon had been especially cute when one of his subscribers asked if he was dating anyone, when his laptop beeps at him with a new Skype notification. 

He clicks over to the window, biting his lip to keep in his excitement because this time tomorrow, it won’t be a Skype window with Jihoon’s face on it he says goodnight to, it’ll be Jihoon himself. 

“Is it here yet?” Jihoon’s voice echoes through the phone, impatient and Hansol can practically see the elder bouncing on the balls of his feet, pouting as he says the words. 

“Not yet, the attendant said five or ten minutes and we’ll be pulling in. Can you wait that long, hyung?” he teases, cheeks hurting from the smile he’s had since he woke up. 

Jihoon whines and Hansol can’t help but laugh and think about how much he wants to hear that sound in person. “No. Make it go faster. I need you here with me already.”

“I’ll be there before you know it, Jihoonie. I’m gonna hang up now. I’ll see you soon, okay?”

Jihoon grumbles as they hang up and Hansol gathers his things. His legs bounce nervously as the train pulls into the station. He’s so excited he can barely breathe as he practically sprints to the exit, eyes scanning the crowd for the pink hair he’s since so many times over a webcam. 

It doesn’t take him long to see Jihoon, standing off to the side with his arms crossed and bouncing on his heels just like Hansol thought he would be. The elder beams the moment their eyes meet and Hansol feels his heartbeat in his throat. Jihoon’s good looking. Really good looking. That much is clear to anyone who’s ever watched one of his videos on Youtube, but this...seeing him in person...Hansol’s never seen someone as beautiful in his life. 

Jihoon meets him halfway as he races for the elder, not wasting any time and scooping the pink haired boy up into his arms. Jihoon buries his face in Hansol’s neck, laughing as the younger swings him off the ground. 

“I can’t believe you’re really here,” he says when Hansol loosens his hold and let’s Jihoon stand on his own. His heart’s pounding a mile a minute as he really registers the fact that he’s here. Hansol’s here. The guy he’s been calling his boyfriend for the past three months is finally standing in front of him, will be standing with him on their 100th day in his hometown and he’s suddenly overwhelmed by just how much he really really likes the guy holding him like he’s the most precious thing in the world. 

“I’m so glad I’m really here. With you,” Hansol says in reply, eyes crinkling at the edges from the smile that’s only grown since he stepped off the train. “It’s nice to finally meet you.” 

Jihoon laughs, leaning forward and rubbing his face against the younger’s chest as Hansol’s arms tighten around him again. “Nice to meet you too.”

the sun beat down against the open patch of grass, where your small trio had laid out a few overlapping blankets. the warm floral breeze passes through the trees while you all splay out in your own ways. 

vernon leans back on his extended arms with his feet stretched out in front of him, eyes glimmering as he focuses his attention to where you're pressed against jihoon’s side coaxing him to eat a bite of everything that had been packed. his cheeks bulging out like that of a chipmunk. the male’s eyes rolling as though he was annoyed by your antics, yet he began to chow down on it all. vernon’s chuckle being directed at you as he watches with amusement as you attempt to fill jihoon’s mouth with as much food as possible. 

time would pass with small amounts of silence, even as you ask them about how everything has been going, despite being always updated on their various activities. the boys leaning closer on either side of you as you show them something that you happened to stumble across one afternoon or as you pull up a video you saw going around on social media.

 their stares of adoration evident, much to your obliviousness.
