Today I managed a jump through with my wee 25" baby hoop and I was entirely too excited. Mini flow is still new to me but it's really growing on me a lot. #hooper #hoopconscious #emancipator

And one for for day two of the #hoopyourheartout challenge hosted by @flowandgrow and @twirlingcircus. Something else is never thought I'd get down was vertical chest hooping. None of it made sense to me until I tried it with a larger hoop. From there on out it was a full blow addiction to vertical hooping, as well as stationary chest and shoulder hooping. I am soooo excited for day two of the #hoopyourheartout challenge being hosted by @twirlingcircus and @flowandgrow. Today's theme is hands off. I LOVE me some on body hooping. It is true that sometimes we get so wrapped in doing tricks that sometimes we forget to just connect with the hoop and move freely. On body/ core hooping is where we all start and much too often we forget to go back to basics. When I started hooping all I could do was waist hoop and I was convinced I'd never get shoulder/chest hooping down.
