A surge of 3AM energy and exam anxiety pulled me into a drawing tumble—

Thank God it was this project it pushed me to though.

I will admit the clothing situation is a little…. Weird. All the paintings I find have the presidents in black (except thankfully that one painting of Jackson I found.) and I’m trying to create ✨variety✨ without completely creating new clothes for them.

So it also turned into color tests of some sort?

(But in the case of Polk I was inspired by @doodle-blight’s design for him.)

So. Drew Washington. Starting to draw Adams.

May start going through and drawing all the presidents slowly through December for fun. We’ll see how I am once I get past Monroe or exams. Whichever comes and goes first.

So… May or may not have gotten back into my childhood Transformer interest. I am in no way upset by this 🤗.

I cannot draw a proper Transformer to save my life right now but I did what I can do. Sketch character designs.

I’m finally done after a month. I’m so happy 😭. The lighting took so long to figure out but the want for angst pushed me through.

I very much took inspiration from the Valley Forge episode from ‘Turn Washington Spies.’

Ok. Happy New Year for one. And I’m back at it with the presidents. Colored three and I have a good few lined or sketched out to finish. Sorry for my disappearance—. -H
