*He faked his feelings of joy throughout the mod, not really feeling happy in the slightest and just trying not break down on the inside. It was only during A Mad World Without You that he finally broke down, and after the song was over, went to cry his eyes out
*If you were to look under his hat, you'd see little brown nubs that moved with his emotions (They're actually his cat ears, since he's half cat)
*Hates being touched by those who aren't Horror Peach, Yoshi.exe, and OG Horror Mario. Touching him will cause him to jump up as high as he can (which usually causes OG Horror Mario to snap his fingers to change the gravity for M to sun gravity. He has broken every bone in his body because of that, but the bones regenerated, dw)
*Screams like a fire alarm when woken up unexpectedly.
*Wrote the All-Stars Act 3 lyrics when he was going through one of his depressive episodes many years before the mod's events as a self-loathing thing. (I'll write what the lyrics originally were on another post)
*He treasures Horror Peach deeply, considering she's the only thing left of his old life, basically worshipping her like a queen :3
*(TW: Self-harm) Has a lot of self harm scars on his arms that he covers up with his sleeves. One time, OG Horror Mario caught M in the middle of stabbing his arm and thankfully managed to stop him from dealing any more damage.
*He needs Peach by his side in bed, otherwise he'll only get 2 hours of sleep due to horrible nightmares (Think of the one he had the Christmas Surprise update, but worse) and he always wakes up crying like a baby after he has them.
*Speaking of the Christmas Surprise update, OG Horror Mario actually appeared behind M a few seconds after the cutscene ended, having a concerned facial expression and holding his arms out for a hug, with M just diving into his embrace crying furiously, OG Horror Mario telling him that everything will be oki-doki. Horror Peach came in some time later and scooped M into her embrace instead, giving him all the hugs and kisses in the world.

The night her parents died still lingers in her head every day in the back of her mind, but she often hides it
She hasn't fallen for OG's disguise in the slightest, due to her father being the real Mario.
