Simon - Horror based AU’s

Zombie Apocalypse AU

Simon is a human in this verse, as it wouldn’t be much fun if he weren’t. No danger from cannibal corpses if he is made out of machinery instead of fleshy bits.

You know the bit. Virus mimicking severe flu symptoms sweeps through the nation. It’s brushed off as nothing until it mutates and the death rate skyrockets. Scary pandemic, but only made worse when the infected corpses start coming back with an insatiable hunger for living things and no intelligence beyond basic, animalistic instinct.

The virus spreads across the world, unable to be contained, and soon only the strongest and smartest survive. Government and order has been abolished by the panic and the entire world has fallen into chaos. It’s kill or be killed. Other survivors are just as dangerous as infected.

Simon doesn’t trust easily, he never has, even before the outbreak, but even more so now that it’s turned everyone into paranoid “shoot first, ask questions later” types. He travels on his own for the most part, acting as a nomad and looking out for himself.

Despite his distrust, he is one of the few survivors left that doesn’t automatically default to hostility when seeing other survivors. He is extremely cautious, but always offers to help other’s when he runs across them and will only attack if he’s attacked first, though usually will opt to try and run first.

It’s been a few years since the outbreak happened and Simon has survival down pretty well as a solid skill. He’s managed to make his way mostly by scavenging and trading with other survivors, even finding a few established groups or safe compounds that he is willing to bring supplies to or take jobs from in exchange for goods and services that he needs. He pretty much does whatever it takes to survive.

He’s become a fairly well known face among many groups of survivors because of his friendly willingness to help out (even if it is always in exchange for something in return). He’s even bounced around a few groups and stuck with them for a little while, but he doesn’t usually end up staying very long before wandering off on his own again.

Simon doesn’t like to get too close to people, his trust issues keeping him from becoming too attached to one group or another. Who knows though, this might change when he stumbles across your muse.

Fallen Angel AU

Simon was once a divine celestial being, tasked as a guardian angel to human children for millennia. However, his halo splintered into horns and his wings blackened when he lost his angelic status by killing humans out of anger when they harmed children. His place was only supposed to be protecting, not avenging. So, when he started unapologetically slaughtering those that would hurt the innocent, he fell from grace.

Now corrupt, he still holds onto his task of protecting children, as well as anyone else that he believes deserves protection, despite having no obligation to do so. He simply does it without any reservations about causing harm to those who put these people at risk. In fact, he takes a bit of a sick satisfaction in killing or at least severely injuring or maiming those he finds guilty.

His wings are a dusty black color but still feathered. When his halo splintered, it broke into three fragments that now form a crown of blackened ash colored horns around his head. These marks can be hidden from mortal eyes easily enough if Simon so chooses. However, spiritually sensitive people such as mediums or those who have had near-death experiences that thinned the veil for them can usually see past the illusion.

Simon holds tightly onto a righteous anger in this AU and seems colder and more distant to people who don’t know him well. He’s always been guarded, but in this AU, those walls are more obvious and he doesn’t bother with the usual polite, optimistic façade.

Zlatko’s Monster AU

Instead of making it to Jericho, Simon was tricked into finding Zlatko in this AU. He was torn apart and put back together countless times, each time gaining or losing something that left him gruesomely deformed and looking less and less human with every modification.

His chassis is no longer the porcelain white color most androids are equipped with. Now it is translucent like glass, showing off his internal components, with black and silver detailing.

The only place his skin still activates is across his face, but his eyelids always have a reddened look to them, as if he’s been crying.

His fingertips taper off into sharpened points, a black color spreading out from the ends before fading away into the rest of his transparent chassis.

The sclera of his eyes is completely black now, while his irises are devoid of any pigmentation at all, appearing white with light gray fibers.

His hair seems paler that it used to be, almost platinum blond now.

He still has his LED.

The base of his spine, just where his back meets his bottom, has been equipped with a long, sleek tail that also ombres into a black coloring and ends in a deadly sharp point, just like his claws.

There are small, silver spikes, akin to those on a dog collar, running down the length of his spine and tail, only about an inch long each.

His tongue is also black now and longer than normal, but is able to retract so it’s only really noticeable if he sticks it out. His mouth has also been equipped with longer, sharper canines.

Simon’s personality is still the same as it ever was at a base level, but he is far more skittish, and prone to letting his actions be ruled by fear in this AU. It is his driving emotion after the torture Zlatko put him through. He’s more liable to lash out or become violent to try and protect himself  if put in danger now and is not unlike a frightened animal at all times, but especially if you corner him.

Both his touch starvation and haphephobia are heightened even further in this AU.

Feral Virus AU

An anti-android extremist just released a virus and Simon is patient zero. He thought he was helping a stranger in need on the street, but the second they touched him, the human had a hidden transmitter in their hand that allowed them to force an interface and transfer the virus over to him.

This virus starts off causing a simulation of vertigo while it uploads into the system, incapacitating the affected android so they cannot stop it until it’s too late.

Once the wave of dizziness and nausea dissipates, the virus begins to rewrite code and slowly strip the affected android of reason. It actually enhances deviancy to the point where all logic and intelligence is lost, and the android is reduced to pure emotion and baser instincts that would normally only be found in organic life forms. However, it does not work instantly and manifests much like a slow decline into insanity.

First the affected android will seem fine, if a little on edge and irritable. Before too long this will turn into paranoia and emotional instability.

Then auditory hallucinations will start, followed by visual ones, and so on and so forth until all the senses are being messed with and the android can no longer tell what is real or not.

Panic will take hold and reason and logic will go out the window as the android loses more and more control over their emotions. Eventually they will lose the ability to even communicate at all and will simply get what they want by taking matters into their own hands, now more willing to go to extreme measures to get it. The likelihood of violent behavior will rise drastically in the affected android.

As emotion and instinct overwrite any coherent thought, affected androids will seek comfort and become increasingly aggressive towards any perceived threats. Behavior of infected individuals is often described as animalistic and unpredictable.

The only constant is that there seems to be a need for androids with the virus to interface with others and spread it further. Isolation is key in preventing further infection while coding experts and android technicians work to try and find a way to reverse the process.

The virus’ effects and how long it takes to completely take over vary slightly from android to android, but in patient zero (Simon) it takes approximately three days to completely rewrite his code and make him feral (if a “cure” is not found before then).

Sex Pollen type trope possible with this one due to basic instincts and emotions taking over. Later stages of the virus will cause Simon to seek comfort or stress relief which could possibly include sexual stimulation through dubcon or noncon methods. This is NOT required at all and can be entirely left out very easily, it’s just an option for anyone that wants to utilize it if they are into that sort of thing. Honestly, I’d rather avoid nonconsensual stuff anyways, but dubious consent is easier for me to write and this AU could work well with it even though that would normally be way outside of how I would write this muse.

Sinister: ( because who doesnt love home movies)~A and B both move to the same town at the same time and live next door to each other. After a few chance encounters, A and B become friends but both refuse to acknowledge that they both have feelings for each other. But soon it becomes apparent that something is seriously wrong in A's house. In the middle of the night, B tries to sneak into A's room to find A reading a book with a man standing behind them. Freaking out, both A and B have to survive being stalked by Bughuul who has picked B's family as his new subjects.

Sinister M!A: For (Anon choses time) muse will see Bughuul everywhere and will experience the hauntings of the children he's taken.

Chainsaw : (Family gatherings are the best)~ A and B are best friends who are on a 'murder across america' tour. As they stop at the famous house of the movies killing, they are taken and have to fight their way out. This Verse is both inside the house/ when they are taken and dealing with the Trauma after.

Chainsaw M!A: Muse thinks their safe, lets make them not.

Evil Dead: (Dont read the fucking book dumbasses)~ A and B go out with some friends to a cabin in the woods. But as soon as they get there, weird things start to happen. Soon it becomes aparent that they are not alone and that one of the friends have become Possessed. Lets see if A and B survive.
