something nobody tells you about psych wards? you miss the people you meet there and you learn that the media–i know, thats cheesy as fuck–they make it seem like schizophrenics are crazy people who want to kill everyone around them and that’s it but it’s bullshit. they make you think if youre on brain meds, when you go off of them you murder and kill. they teach you so much bullshit and then you miss these people who have violent tendencies, who want to hurt themselves, with arms covered in scars until they become dark tiger legs with silver stripes, who hear voices telling them terrible awful fucking things and you think “what did they do to get this image?”

i cant eat until my mom calms own or leaves because if she provokes me again i will attack her and then likely go to jail/hospital

i keep thinking im not the "at risk from others" type of mentally ill person but only by the fucking skin of my teeth/years of fucking practice

I like the teacher I have who is so lazy and/or busy that when I requested an assignment to make up an absence she was like "read this thing". Like I don't even have to write anything about it, she just trusts that I'll do it.

Long story short I didn't go to uni today because sunday night I was in er because of an athma attack for the first time in my life.

it was kinda intense tbh, like I got injected with cortisone and had to breath medicine through a mask, and I had two doctors consulting what to do with me, because it just didn't go away until like after two hours. I love my lungs, they're so cooperative. Also love when I start panicing over how I can't breathe to the point when I actually can't breathe.

I'm fine now but fuck that shit hurt, and still does. all my breathing muscles are tired as fuck.

I love the fact that I keep losing my recipes, inhalator and that even when I do know where my inhalator is I usually forget to take it. ADD and chronic illness is a deadly combination, literally.

i love the movie elf because one time i was in severe pain and had to go to the ER and they gave me morphine and elf was on the tv in the room and i was like

so frickin jazzed about elf. i was in happy tears every time will ferrell came on the screen
