Bit of a complaint
If you order from a restaurant for carry out and have a mess up in your order, don’t overreact and blow things out of proportion.
I’m a hostess- my job entails, aside from the obvious, taking orders as they call in, and cleaning. I place orders into the computer and then I'm done. If your food is undercooked or if something wasn’t placed in your bag, don’t yell at me! People make mistakes, whether it be the chef, the baggers, the servers, or whoever. I have no control over what happens anywhere in the restaurant other than my section at the very front. Working at a restaurant, especially one that is constantly busy is difficult enough as it is, so for someone to call with a “complaint” that really ends in them yelling at me or another hostess for 10+ minutes just makes it all the more stressful :-))
