Fun for #valentinesday 💘 #snoball #hostesssnoballs #babka #pinkbabka #pink #babkabread #chocolatebabka #valentinesdaybakeideas #valentinesdaytreats Chocolate “Snoball” Babka recipe 1/2 cup warm milk 1 package active dry yeast 1 egg 1/3 cup cocoa 2 TBL boiling hot water 1/4 cup canola oil 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 tsp fine sea salt 1 teaspoon vanilla extract About 2 1/2 cups flour 1/2 cup buttercream 3/4 cup marshmallow fluff 3/4 cup coconut flakes (tinted pink) Mix yeast and warm milk until bubbly. Add cocoa to hot water to make a paste. Add egg, oil, sugar, salt and vanilla to yeast and water. Add flour until ball forms. Need for 10 minutes or until elastic. Cover and let dough rise for about an hour. Roll out to rectangle. Spread with marshmallow fluff, buttercream and sprinkle with coconut flakes. Roll up into jelly roll and cut down center lengthwise. Cross cross halves into babka shape and add to pan. Let rise another hour. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 mins.
