Daredevil and Iron Man DON'T MAKE ME CHOOSE. But probably Matt Murdock.

You've got Matt Murodck who is blinded as a child, loses his father who is his only family, puts himself through law school, has a full time job as a lawyer, AND kicks butt at night to protect those who live in his neighborhood. Oh and he has a strict no-kill let the justice system do it's job mentality. He is always fighting, always facing forward even when the world kicks him back. Everyone he loves dies and he just keeps on loving. Not the mention that he is a flawed Catholic and I really related to that too <3. Matt Murdock literally spends every moment, every freaking second, of his life fighting for other peoples happiness. He takes on the hardest cases that other lawyers turn down because he believes whole heartedly in his clients. His 'powers' are also his biggest weakness. Super powerful senses lead him to crimes and help him find liars and 'see' all around him but you shoot a gun next to his head or even throw up some fucking confetti and he's overwhelmed and (seemingly) out for the count. But he keeps fighting because even small victories are victories. There are people who need his help both in an out of costume and he will keep fighting for them. Even when he lost himself and almost lost his very soul to the evil of The Hand he had done so originally because he wanted to help people and use the evil organization for good.

Matt Murdock is flawed. Incredibly flawed. He is a broken man doing what he can as he can to make sure the world is a little less fractured and a little more happy place for those around him. He believes in justice and doing what's right and that everyone can be saved. Sometimes it turns out devastatingly bad for him, but he keeps fighting on. Matt Murdock is a hero as a lawyer and as a vigilante.
