- the first time they met, it was a mess;

- a good mess, but a mess nevertheless;

- they spent an entire evening complimenting each other and saying how beautiful they were;

- and yet Princey was a little scared because the compliments became flirting real quickly and like, very high quality flirting and he was a bit surprised;

- but in the end he joined the fun and they were very close to evolving that flirting to comething else when Canon Anxiety walked in and screwed everything up;

- after that they were not at all subtle in letting a few flirting comments slip out of their mouths;

- and the three were completely comfortable around each other since the beginning so suddenly they were changing in each other’s rooms and being together all the time and just chilling on the couch and so on;

- Morality and Logic did ask Princey several times if he wanted to join in their little fun but he always declined like teh gentleman he was;

- Until one day he didn’t decline and shit went down and all the others could hear everything;

- Princey has never been the same after that day;

- he saw too much;

- but he did not regret it for a second;

- (also they are big musical fans so they watch musicals together all the time and sing along, and they surely showed Princey way more movies than he was used to with his little disney heart)

Oh Friday. I don’t have anything else ready or left over for lunch. So I stopped by the store before work to pick up the cheese, broth, and the cooked chicken. I threw the saved black beans and rice into the container and put it in my hot logic in to warm up for lunch. Everything but the cheese went into the freezer in my mini fridge.

I brought home the cheese cause I will be using it over the weekend. I have enough left over chicken and broth for another meal. I didn’t remember but my bottle opener does have thepiercer part for the can so I could have gotten a cheaper can of stock.

Hot Logic Oven Then and Now

RULES (that I designed for myself…*ahem*):I will only spend the equivalent of $20 US to buy food for one week (at the time this was filmed, this would equal a little over $27 Canadian, so I decided to make that my budget).One week = 7 days, therefore I will make 7 days worth of food (not just 5)I’m not allowed to use any other spices or condiments other than a small amount of oil & salt.I must be able to freeze some of the meals so that you can actually eat these over a span of 7 days (and the food doesn’t spoil). Essentially, I just wanted to see just HOW MUCH FOOD I could make with only $20 and to see if there really would be enough food for 7 full days. What do you think? Do you think $20 would be enough to feed you for 7 days? My strategy was to buy plenty of starches (such as rice, pasta, sweet potato) and pulses (lentils and beans) in order to make sure that the meals would be satiating enough. I didn’t want to be in a situation where I run out of food or I’m short on calories! This led me to buy TONS of starches and pulses and one of the regrets I had was not buying enough vegetables/fruit. Honestly though, on a very tight budget, that is the best that you could do at that point. If you’re on a tight budget, you really can’t be worried about every single micronutrient that goes in your body and eating a bunch of raw foods all the time. Starches and pulses are super healthy foods and you should be eating those as a big bulk of your diet, in my humble opinion. These are some of the cheapest foods out there so EAT TONS OF STARCHES/PULSES.

I am trying to get as organized as I possibly can so I don't spend so much junk eating out. 

the trick is to be organized and spend a certain amount of time during the weekend PREPPING your food. 

I am also into SHEET meal.. just cutting up a bunch of vegetables on a sheet pan and putting it in the oven!.  

I am getting some meal prep containers to use with my HOT LOGIC mini oven I keep at work.
