SDP is comfortable in something like King Arthur red & brown bag flour. USDA organic is a plus that adds! water-sense in tasting the bread.

I don't know the self-rising flour to be a sour-dough one cuz too much rise or something, but maybe it's good. All flours ever have been 90+%. Never have I worried it's poison.

Earthbound margarine is! amazing.
