Closed Starter- Partners in Justice

@stretchyheart ⚡️⚡️⚡️ Cole and Athena were two of a kind, they had met during their time at the academy, of course she was roughly 2 full years older than him but that didn't change how close they were. It also didn't change the fact that they were partners in hero duties- they were each other's sidekicks because they agreed no one person was in charge. It was funny in a way because of each of their differences in powers, elasticity and electrokinesis were a strange pairing to the outside eye but it made sense to them just fine. They had just finished jailing a few rounds of criminals so she decided they deserved a break and there they were, both sat at the top of a building watching over the plaza. She had treated them both to food so they were snacking away. "Okay, okay- you were pretty awesome tonight hon, extra stretchy..." She said teasing him slightly and sticking out her tongue.

“I thought you’d want to stay playing the game with the others after I left.” Aris said, leaning against the doorframe as he looked at Avery. “Seemed like it was getting wild.”

Things between Radley and David were...different to say the least and she didn’t really understand why. The more she thought about it, the more confused she got until eventually she just had to stop thinking about him. Logically she could do that, but emotionally nor so much. She wasn’t going to acknowledge anything unless he did. “Soooooo, what have you been up to?” she said shyly, noy even looking up from her tea.

@stcrkjr “Hey Howie I wanted to come and check on you,” Piper said knocking at the door, when she didn’t get a reply and was told by FRIDAY he wasn’t with their dad she got nervous. Before she could leave for prom she needed to know Howard was okay, opening the door she saw her brother at his closet. “What do you think your doing? You’re supposed to be with dad, in bed, watching movies. Bonding. That thing, why are you rummaging through your closet.”

                    “I’ve overheard some interesting things from some of the security guards.”           Launching into things without preamble, keeping his eyes on the newspaper in front of him, looking like if he hadn’t spoken, he wouldn’t have noticed Erik’s entrance into the room at all. The pages ruffle as he flips to the next article, not even dignifying Erik with an eyebrow raise.                     “I thought we went over how SHIELD is genuinely here to help the school. Some of them even have students attending here.”            Just as Erik could not always control his influence over metal, Charles could not completely block out what he overheard from the minds of others. The human brain simply bleed thoughts, particularly in times of stress of fear. Schools, as a universal rule, were stressful in a way that seemed excessive. So even if he wasn't keeping tabs on his family, he would have still felt the altracation on the front lawn that morning.

bridget usually tried to get back to her dorm as quickly as possible after classes were done. or at least to stay in a crowded place. she didn’t particularly like crowds, but trouble seemed to find her when she was alone. trouble in the form of bullies. she didn’t know why they targeted her (yes she did, it was because she was weak and just needed to be better) but they did. she could usually deal with them just fine, but she preferred not to have to deal with them at all.

lunch. / steve & bucky

it had been a while since steve had had the chance to spend some time with bucky. part of it was probably his own fault. he’d occupied himself with his work and saving the world and his kids in order to distract himself from his separation and his... feelings... for bucky, the feelings he was still trying to figure out. but he didn’t want to avoid his good friend forever. so they’d agreed to meet up for lunch one day. steve arrived first and got a table, flipping through the menu to figure out what to get.

         matty walked down the halls of the dorm with a grin plastered on her face. she had been painfully bored in her last class of the day and knew just how to  turn her mood around. ( sure she had a couple of assignments due the next day but she’d get to them eventually. ) humming to herself, matty finally came to a stop outside of the room victoria stark. the red-head always seemed to know what parties were happening and matty was all for it. the stark was someone that matty enjoyed being around so that was another reason she sought the girl out when she needed to have fun.                “ hey, tori! the sweet savior of my sanity !                   are you in there? did you get my text?”
