(Based on some of what we’ve talked about in the past-) ways duke bonds with his siblings (not a full list just what I thought of!)

Dick: They are less- dark and broody than the others. Also they go hiking together sometimes

Jason: A lot of things, but the strongest being the love for learning, English and theatre!

Tim: they have the super classic brotherly relationship that you see in tv and stuff- they rag on each other and rough house sometimes but they still love each other :).

Damian: Mocking Tim together. And Duke also tried to keep Dami away from Tim’s encouraging of cheating in school

Steph: They bake together, following in the foot steps of Alfred

Cass: Literally everything.

i love that we’ve built such a perfect set of duke traits to fit so easily into this list 🤧 dick and tim are classic brothers ofc but jason and duke w the writing and theatre specific bonding like !!! jason will b randomly shoving recommendations at him out of nowhere when he remembers like oh yeah i did want to talk to somebody abt that book why not tell duke bc he also really enjoys it kinda vibes

and obvs duke and damian will have that younger sibling why Not make fun of these yt people moments (and the fact that he’s someone damian does have a good familial relationship w that isn’t contingent on threats or deaths or how they work in the field etc etc) AND w the girls like duke and steph taking after alfred and making the manor kitchen even more homey is so sweet 🥺 duke and cass are the perfect pair both in and out of the field but they’re also bffs ofc bc who better to spend afternoons w than ur quietest and most content brother

Normalize Bruce teaching the Batkids the most stereotypical dad lessons like how to fill up a tire and how to tie a tie. I need that in my life

let bruce be a dad DC! stop killing his children, stop making bruce do things he’d never do, and PLEASE stop making the kids have to take his place bc he’s gone we all just want to see them happy

alfred has given up on trying to tell the kids that monster energy is bad for them. these kids really like monster energy

if i could draw better i’d totally try to put the idea in my head of the kids having a monster can wall in one of their rooms (bc it’s smth trendy rn for teen decor) and them slowly but surely trying to fill the whole wall without either alfred telling them off (he knows it’s there and also knows he can’t stop them) or it all collapsing

plus wouldnt it b fun if we all decided monster was more fun than coffee for tim for a change . give him a Break from it mayhaps

Jason and Cass both team up and sneak candy into galas

omg. i read this as team up and just Sneak into galas bc i didn’t read far enough ahead on the candy part. for the sake of not changing this ask answer just assume that they snuck into the event and are eating on the ceiling beams lmao

tim, watching them crawl on the ceiling beams: do they know they’re invited

duke: yeah i think they just like the fun of it

tim: do u think we should Join them

duke: pros and cons. pro: it’s fun and we look boring as hell standing by the buffet table. cons: if bruce catches us he’ll get mad at you- wait that’s not a con we Should Definitely join them

Duke got the lead role in a musical and Jason made him cupcakes to celebrate

this is just soft nd i am weak

jason comes to the wayne manor kitchen at like 3am bc he was sleeping and didn’t see the text until he woke up to patrol,, but then realized what it said and booked it over so he could bake these cupcakes and surprise this little brother he didn’t think he’d get too attached to and then it Hits and he’s like yeah that ones my favorite

duke wakes up that day and sees jason sitting at the counter just on his phone or something w his back to the entrance and duke doesn’t think they’re for him until jason spins around like dude !!!! these r for u !! and duke is like wh. did u break in to make these??

and jason’s like pshh alfred gave me a key for this exact reason of baking in this 5 star kitchen whenever i want to :) and duke is like it doesn’t really matter we were all forced to participate this year- and jason knows what he’s doing bc he gave the same speech however many years ago when it was him and bruce’s terrible attempt at being proud and he’s like no really. congratulations i’m happy for u

Jason is on the fridge and he won’t get down

tim comes into the kitchen at 4am,, sees jason’s glowing green eyes on top of the fridge and immediately walks out knowing whatever the fuck is happening is not his business
