Ingredients: 1 cup coarsely ground coffee beans. 4 cups cold water. Ice cubes optional. Vegan milk of your choice optional. Sweetener of your choice optional.
Instructions: Put the coarsely ground coffee beans and cold water in a large jar or pitcher. Make sure all the coffee grounds are fully mixed in by stirring the mixture well. Let it steep in the fridge for at least 12 hours or overnight. Cover the jar or pitcher. To get rid of the coffee grounds, strain the cold brew coffee into a different jar or pitcher through a fine-mesh sieve or a coffee filter. If you want, you can put the ice cubes on top of the cold brew coffee. If you like your coffee sweet and creamy, add coconut milk and sweetener to taste. Enjoy your cold brew coffee! Make sure you stir it well before you serve it.
