Chocolate ganache optional for filling. Chopped peanuts for garnish optional.

Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 325F 160C. Use silicone baking mats or parchment paper to line two baking sheets. Blend cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and almond flour in a food processor.
