Everyone wants vendors and sponsors for their event, but many times as a planner I try to get the client to understand you have to build and see your sponsors and vendors just like your community, not only as a dollar 💰. As you create experiences for your event; contemplate your marketplace space and what that should look like. Consider the pre-function space before booking your event. 1. Is there plenty of room for registration? 2. Is there enough space for exhibit booths? 3. Does it allow foot traffic to flow easily and quickly to avoid the bottleneck effect?
